conflict minerals are: cassiterite, columbitetantalite,
gold, wolframite, or their derivatives, or any other minerals or their derivatives determined by the
Secretary of State USA to be financing conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo or an adjoining country
(called “DRC countries”).
